Composition:

Each 5ml contains:

• Calcium Carbonate (USP)……..500mg
• Cholecalciferol (USP)…………….500IU

Dosage:

1 or 2 tablets after meal.
Or as directed by the physician.

Instruction:

• Store in a cool & dry place.
• Store below 25°C.
• Protect from sunlight, heat & moisture.
• Keep away from reach of children.
